“Remove every obstacle out of the way of My people.” Is 57:14
Happy Easter Monday! Tthe Lion of the Tribe of Judah and His great, overcoming strength in this hour in our #spirittospirit devotional! God is still rolling stones today! I perceive there are looming obstacles, mountains of great resistance, and stones of stumbling that have surfaced in front of the children of God. But God is giving His command, “REMOVE THE OBSTACLES!” Be thrown into the sea!
Paul says in 1 Corinthians 16:9,13 “For a great door and effectual is opened unto me, and there are many adversaries…”
When God calls you to appointments, “For Such a Time as This!” our enemy predictably will tantrum.
The exiles had returned to Jerusalem with the task to rebuild the temple. In obedience to the call they were met with much opposition!
Zechariah 4:7 For who are you, O great mountain [of human obstacles]? Before Zerubbabel [who with Joshua had led the return of the exiles from Babylon and was undertaking the rebuilding of the temple, before him] you shall become a plain [a mere molehill]! And he shall bring forth the finishing gable stone [of the new temple] with loud shoutings of the people, crying, Grace, grace to it!
8 Moreover, the word of the Lord came to me, saying,
9 The hands of Zerubbabel have laid the foundations of this house; his hands shall also finish it. Then you shall know (recognize and understand) that the Lord of hosts has sent me [His messenger] to you.
10 Who [with reason] despises the day of small things? For these seven shall rejoice when they see the plummet in the hand of Zerubbabel. [These seven] are the eyes of the Lord which run to and fro throughout the whole earth.
God says, “Who are you, O great mountain?” You are nothing! “You shall become a plain! A mere molehill!” I prophecy over you today Daughter of Zion that GOD WILL FINISH HIS WORK THROUGH YOUR HAND!!!! As in Nehemiah 4:17, with a hammer in one hand and a sword in the other! It will take PERSEVERANCE! It will take FAITH! IT WILL BE ACCOMPLISHED!!
Don’t despise the day of small beginnings sons and daughter. The Spirit will rejoice over you when He sees you at work in the Kingdom! When He sees you persevering! The Spirit will say, “Look! Here is one that I can flow through!!!”
2 Cor 3:17 “Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty [emancipation from bondage, true freedom].”
Liberty and freedom will be WROUGHT (shaped by hammering) through your hand!
