Good Morning Friends! I’m gonna dive right in this morning, I hear the Spirit of the Lord saying “YOU are ANCHORED in HOPE” Someone needs to hear this message today! Let’s see what the Word of God says about being anchored in HOPE in Hebrews 6:18-20
18. "We who have fled [to Him] for refuge would have STRONG ENCOURAGEMENT and INDWELLING STRENGTH to hold tightly to the HOPE set before us."
Do you feel discouraged today? Let’s take some revelation honey from this scripture! Paul writes, WE WHO HAVE FLED! Oh Hallelujah! Flee into the arms of grace today! Flee from the discouragement and hopelessness you see in this world. As Paul said, WE WHO HAVE FLED TO HIM FOR REFUGE! Flee the discouragements into the arms of a loving Saviour Jesus Christ. That you WOULD HAVE STRONG ENCOURAGEMENT AND INDWELLING STRENGTH! He will infuse into your soul a hope as we will see later on in this text, HOPE will provide PRESENCE of God! He says HOLD TIGHTLY TO THE HOPE SET BEFORE US!
19. “This hope [this confident assurance] we have as an ANCHOR of the soul [it cannot slip and it cannot break down under whatever pressure bears upon it]—a safe and steadfast hope!
This hope will anchor your soul! Your soul represents your mind, your will and your emotions. Whatever you are battling with, God’s got this! Are you worried about your children? Your marriage? Your work? I declare over you today that you are anchored in hope! He knows what you deal with on a day to day basis, lean into this hope!
The text goes on to say, “A safe and steadfast hope that enters within the veil [of the heavenly temple, that most Holy Place in which the very PRESENCE of God dwells], 20 where Jesus has entered [in advance] as a forerunner for us, having become a High Priest forever…”
Praise God! You are anchored in a hope that will usher you into the very PRESENCE OF GOD! How powerful is that! Enter in today friends with hope and full assurance, He is with you and bringing the deliverance you and your family need! Have a blessed day everyone!
